Hi Jeremy,
when going with a custom file extension, would it be okay to call $tw.utils.
registerFileType("application/x-rfc-index","utf8",".rfcindex") from inside
my tiddler deserializer? This module would have a module-type
"tiddlerdeserializer" and type "application/javascript".
