Hi I like your tree view! But I am not entirely sure about the goal of your proposal. Do you want this to become part of the TW core so everyone can use it or are you looking for help for your modifications? I am afraid that I will not be a great help, but if you make this a plugin I would be willing to install and test with my stuff.
