It would be very useful to be able to directly upload a static set of
filtered tiddlers instead of uploading the whole TW. I.e in addition to the
possibility of exporting to your hard drive, you could export to e.g
GitHub/Tiddlyspot or wherever.

The background is a discussion
<https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/tiddlywiki/DcKCw3_b95M> and
an idea to open/close tiddlers purely by means of CSS. This is possible
(see article
<https://tympanus.net/codrops/2012/01/09/filter-functionality-with-css3/>
and demo 3
<https://tympanus.net/Tutorials/CSS3FilterFunctionality/index3.html>) and
means one can get a static TW where the visitor can still "navigate" in
some sense. Static (lightweight) wikis are of course good for slow devices
(e.g phones) or when space is scarce (e.g Raspi) but they have so far been
limited because all tids have to be displayed all the time, which makes for
long/complex documents OR not very informative ones. The "navigational"
aspect would make a big difference for usability as we could present static
but complex documents.

So, it would be very useful if there was a GitHub/GitLab/Tiddlyspot saver
that also features "export as html" for immediate publishing of static TWs.
Is this possible or am I misunderstanding something?
