Hello guys,

I have just discovered tiddlywiki about a week ago and have been spending
countless of hours learning how to use it, as I love what it offers so far.
I am coming to realize I cannot use javascript or <script></script> like it
is displayed in "https://www.w3schools.com/html/";. I hoped tiddlywiki and
its tiddlers where like small htmls where you could make use of html, css
and javascript to do all sorts of things.
But I am afraid not. I have not learned javascript, so I was hoping I could
assemble and copy from certain sites bits that I like and want to
incorporate in my tiddlywiki. I wanted to make a recurring task list with
fancy style and a project/goal section where you simply check of things. I
also wanted to add a button where I can click on it and it would count
points for every task I did.

Now I am afraid I cannot do all these things because tiddlywiki seems to
use its own thing/commands that are very hard for me to comprehend as their
is not enough resources out there to make me grasp how I can do things that
are normally possible in html in tiddlywiki.

I am sorry and aware that this is alot and you cannot answer all of this.
But I was wondering if there is a posssibility for me to write a simple
html with javascript and refer in a tiddler to this html and make it so
that I can interact with it or I don't know can you give me links or
material where I can start to learn how to implement my ideas? I have been
spending alot of hours and reading a lot of posts. I have also already seen
recurring tasks in tiddlywiki, but they do not look very well styled and I
don't know how to change it to my desired look.

I have also stumbled across this "
http://tiddlytools.com/#ExternalTiddlersPluginInfo"; for importing external
html (although im pretty sure the javascript in the html is not going to
work anyway), but there is NO explaantion on how I can import the plugin.
Theres a code below, but I don't know what to do with it. Most other
plugins always had this drag and drop function and explained how to do it.
This one doesnt.

I am a total beginner here and at loss. Tiddlywiki doesn't seem to be very
beginner-friendly. I am trying so hard to figure things out and it's fun
discovering, but right now I really hit a big wall and I am sad because
Tiddlywiki does seem to offer so much, but does not always explain enough.

Sorry for the long text, thx for reading and for your help. I really
appreciate it.

TL;DR: Is there a way to use an external HTML where simple javascript
(<script>) works and lets me interact with this html in a tiddler? Or how
can I use javascript (like in w3schools)? I want to be able to look up at
youtube videos html/css/javascript tutorials and use them, but tiddlywiki
seems to work differently and theres not enough resources for me to learn
from (or please refer me to them). THanks!!
