Eucaly,

I believe there is a linix command format, something like nohup for not 
hang up, it returns the command prompt so you can tun tiddlywiki listen 
again. Setting the IP address or port guarentees what port it will be on.

But as Josua said, I use Bob, even bob.exe provides a nice management layer.
