Test cases: - no connectors - internal speakers play - ok - laptop line-out - headphones connected play; internal speakers muted - ok - docking station line-out - headphones dead silent; internal speakers muted - NOK - microphone - laptop connector - record when input device is Microphone 1 -ok - microphone - docking station connector - record when input device is Microphone 2 - ok I thought that I need to change the output device to get the sound, but apparently, output is only 'Analog Output' and 'Analog Headphones', neither of which put sound to the docking station's line-out. I have also tried a different docking station, so this is not a docking station problem.
