It might be worth contacting the maintainer of this facility to ask if they would be willing to update to include the more recent libtiff releases. However, the maintainer of this facility also maintains the "abi-compliance-checker" tool. If you run this tool on the 4.2.0->4.3.0 and 4.3.0->4.4.0 releases, you can get the full API and ABI difference reports yourself and assess the changes.
