Ashish Patil should ask his management to allocate an external
support budget, to pay a freelancer to provide as much intermittent
commercial support work as theiir customers need.

The contract with consultant should explicitly allow fixes free
back to the project.

People on this & other lists too might be prepared to do a bit
of freelance work in addition to their employee day jobs, If paid.

There are various global freelancer lists for Ashish to search, eg
        http://www.berklix.com/consultants/
which links to various other lists eg
        https://www.fsf.org/resources/service
I'd happily add links to other lists, if not already linked.

Disclaimer, Though a freelancer, I've no time to work.

Cheers,
