The latest release of Tiger does let you filter by message ID or level though, so you could put "CONFIG" or "con010c" into tiger.ignore and have that work.
Of course with the former you'd be ignoring all "CONFIG" level errors and the latter you'd ignore all "con010c" errors. FWIW...
