I have another thing:

- Split out JPEG to its own encoding to encourage other VNC
  implementations to use it. Right now they have to implement a lot of
  Tight stuff to use it.

- Treat the tight encodings as separate encodings and not as one
  magical one. This is more or less a prerequisite to moving
  automatic encoding selection into the core.


Perhaps you should add all of these things to the tracker så that they
don't get lost or forgotten?
