It should work properly with cjpeg now. Note, however, that something broke the build for me. I checked out a clean repository and did the following:
cd tigervnc/unix autoreconf -fiv ./configure --host i686-pc-linux-gnu --with-included-jpeg CFLAGS=-m32 CXXFLAGS=-m32 LDFLAGS=-m32 make When it gets to the jpeg directory, once again I get: make[1]: *** No rule to make target `jsimdcpu.lo', needed by `libjpeg.la'.
