Hello,

As I promised in
http://www.mail-archive.com/tigervnc-devel@lists.sourceforge.net/msg00649.html
thread, I just finished my work on the Visual C++ 2008 Express
build system. I performed quick tests and it seems that all Windows
binaries (vncviewer, vncconfig and winvnc) are compilable via VC++ 2008
and they works fine.

Upcomming VeNCrypt extension is not yet compilable via VC++,
due dependency on GNUTLS. I will look onto this later. Also
it is currently impossible to build libjpeg with SIMD acceleration.

Note that MinGW-based build system still remains the primary build
system for the Windows platform and VC++ build system should
be used by occasional (or lazy :P) developers who don't want
to setup MinGW machinery.

Interested testers can checkout
https://tigervnc.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/tigervnc/branches/vcstudio_buildsys
branch.

Regards, Adam
