OK, so next issue -- the scheme that TigerVNC uses for internationalization is heavily Unix-centric and based on a Makefile template that I'm having trouble parsing. Does anyone know what this file does well enough to explain it to me? For obvious reasons, if I have to run a Unix script to generate internationalization files, then it defeats the purpose of using a cross-platform build tool.
