We are using the lower case name in Autotools today. The name is used in
the .mo file name, for example. I think it's best to stick to the lower
case name right now, especially when we still have two build systems.
And you seem to call find_package(Gettext) twice in that patch.
I've removed the one in po/CMakeLists.txt.
