Yeah, that worked.  After investigating further, though, I've given up
on the idea of documenting this type of Xvnc build, because it seems
impossible to do so in any generic way.  There are too many
system-specific things that the developer has to bear in mind, such as
font paths and XKB paths and DRI paths and what features of the X server
to disable and which Xorg patch to apply.  If anything, build procedures
for specific systems (such as RHEL 6) could be documented in the Wiki
(which is left as an exercise for others), but I don't think the
information belongs in our build instructions.
