Major enhancements in this release:

-- i18n now works properly in the Linux version

-- Fixed the issue whereby changing the custom compression level in the
viewer would crash the server (don't ask. It was messy.)

There are a lot of outstanding bugs in the tracker, and still no good
documentation and incomplete man pages, but seeing as how no one is
interested in maintaining the 1.1 branch anymore, it doesn't make sense
to wait for any of that stuff.

If you find something critical, though, or if there are any small items
that I can fix to make this release more palatable, please let me know.
If I don't hear from anyone by the end of the week, 1.1.0 will post to
SourceForge.
