Shouldn't be too difficult to make that configurable using the same system as the server. Implementing INCR is a good thing, although the old viewer is on its way out. The new one should already support INCR (via FLTK). Fixing it in vncconfig is a welcome improvement though. Lastly, there's the changed default. If this use case is an exception rather than a rule, can't they just use a different setting? That's why it's configurable after all.
