Summary: TLS Handshake failed if anonymous TLS is used

Initial Comment:
Server: 1.1.80 on Windows XP
Client : 1.1.80 FLTK and 1.1.80 Java on Linux 32-bit (Debian Wheezy)

When i try to connect to the server from Linux, i get the following error
message in the terminal:

TLS: TLS Handshake failed: A TLS packet with unexpected length was
              received.

CConn: TLS Handshake failed

Anonymous TLS is enabled on the server and in the client (tried to specify only
the anon tls option in the viewer too, but it is the same).
The same scenario works with anonymout TLS if i use Linux client and Linux
x0vncserver.
Note that the same happens if i use the Linux 1.1.0 viewer with the same 1.1.80
Windows server.
Version 1.1.0 works in any server-client combination (Linux-Windows) with
anonymout TLS.
I can connect from Linux to Windows with 1.1.80 server+viewer if there is no
session encryption with no issues.
