Summary: Absent ALT+Mouse behaviour

Initial Comment:
Context:
Fullscreen mode F15 host running KDE connecting to F15 running KDE.
Previously with version 1.1.0 I was able to drag windows in the screen with a
combination of ALT+MOUSE press.
The same doesn't seem to happen in the pre-release version package
tigervnc-Linux-x86_64-1.1.80.tar.gz

The only way I can seem to be able to do that is by toggling the ALT option in
the F8 menu and then acting on the window with the mouse.
This wasn't necessary in v1.1.0.
