Summary: Add a ButtonMap option to vncserver

Initial Comment:
Hi,
With the attached patch, I propose to add a ButtonMap option to vncserver to
remap pointer buttons.
For instance use "321" button mapping while sharing the session of a lefthanded
user.

This patch is the counterpart of the one proposed in a previous ticket about
the vncviwer.
https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&aid=3484687&group_id=254363&atid=1126849
This provides the same functionality but either on the client side or on the
server side.
Of course one can use both simultaneously.

Note: the vncconfig tool can list and get my ButtonMap parameter but is unable
to set it. I can't see why.
(Moreover vncconfig seems to be unable to set any other parameter).
Any help is welcome.

Regards.
