OK, I was partially mistaken - icon support seems to work fine when I build
on Fedora 16 using the in-tree FLTK, but as far as I can tell, not on
RHEL5. Strace does show that viewer is opening the icon files from the
correct location (with the icon path patch), but the icon that is displayed
is just a generic icon rather than the tigervnc.png. The icons themselves
look fine (caveat that I have to use inkscape on RHEL5 rather than
convert). Are you building on EL5, and if so is icon support working as
expected? Maybe I'm missing a dependency of some sort?
If you've got a few minutes to look at it, I've placed some
RPMS/SRPMS/SPECS in an external svn repo:
https://bphinz.svn.cvsdude.com/TigerVNC/branches/dist/epel5/
I have an f16 branch one level above epel5 as well.
Thanks,
