Summary: Regression:Cannot save connection settings of Windows viewer

Initial Comment:
The 1.1 viewer had a "save defaults" button which allowed saving settings.

In 1.1.90 this button is missing and settings are not automatically saved.

Message:
Either, I'd really like a way to specify default color settings on Linux,
without having to remember to type in the cmdline parameters every time.
Yeah I guess I could make an alias.. but still, shouldn't there be a
defaults thing?

Message:
Is this a good place to ask about why the Save Defaults thing has been
Windows-only in the first place?

tigervnc-1.1.0 $ grep -R DefaultsPage *
win/vncviewer/OptionsDialog.cxx:class DefaultsPage : public PropSheetPage {
win/vncviewer/OptionsDialog.cxx:  DefaultsPage(OptionsInfo* dlg_)
win/vncviewer/OptionsDialog.cxx:  DefaultsPage defPage(&info); if (view)
pages.push_back(&defPage);

tigervnc-1.2.0 $ grep -R DefaultsPage *

So even that indeed seems to have been ripped out by 1.2.
