Summary: Refresh problems on secondary monitor

Initial Comment:
I'm using (FLTK) Tiger VNC 1.2 compiled via homebrew on OS X 10.7 (Lion). I've
a dual monitor setup with my laptop on the left being the secondary monitor and
an external screen on the right, which is the main monitor (with the menu bar).
Every new vncviewer window open on the main screen and works properly, however
if I move it to the secondary monitor it stops refreshing. Keyboard/mouse
clicks are sent, but the window only refreshes again once I move it back to the
main monitor. This happens either with the stock X11 or with XQuartz. Could
this be a FLTK bug? The Java viewer works fine.

Message:
We found a bug in the rendering code that affected 10.8. Maybe it also
causes problems with 10.7.

Could you try checking out the latest code from svn and compile that?

PS. We do not use X11 on OS X so you don't need a X server
