Summary: 1.2 64-bit crashes when clicking any menu option

Initial Comment:
After connecting to a KVM VNC (tunneled over SSH using PuTTY), I find that if I 
hit Menu (F8) and click any menu option (I first tried with Full Screen), the 
program crashes. Every time. So it's a rather reproducible bug.

If it helps, it's a ThinkPad X220 (Windows 7 Pro SP1 64-bit, 2.4 GHz Intel Core 
i5, 6GB RAM, Intel HD Graphics 3000).

Same here.   running V1.2 on  Windows 8 pro 64 bit.
