Summary: no checks for getaddrinfo in CMakeLists.txt

Initial Comment:
hi!

i'm experiencing some problems with ipv6 client support on my arch
system. there seems to be no check for getaddrinfo() in cmake files,
therefore HAVE_GETADDRINFO is not defined, therefore hard-coded
ipv4-only routines are enabled.

manually adding add_definitions(-DHAVE_GETADDRINFO) resolved the
problem but i suspect it's a hacky solution.

what is the correct way to fix this?

sincerely,
Radek Podgorny

Message:
Thanks. Surprised no one noticed this earlier. It's been fixed on trunk now
at least.
