By default, Xvnc doesn't bind(2) httpd ports so no option -nohttpd is
needed (to be honest, I don't remember if former RealVNC supported it).
The 600X ports are used by the X11 protocol, try to pass the "-nolisten
tcp" option and Xvnc should no longer bind(2) these ports.
