Hi, I just bought a new KVM switch which is PS2 only. I have one machine
which is USB-only. I have the KVM hooked up to that machine with an adapter.
Unfortunately the KVM doesn't pick it up. That is just for background.

Here's the problem - I know TigerVNC is running on the machine in question,
but when I try to connect with my Linux VNC Viewer it asks for a password
but then tells me that no password is required. What's the deal here? How do
I connect to the Windows machine with VNC?

Thanks!
