It isn't a function of Xvnc.  It's a function of an external application
that communicates with Xvnc.  TurboVNC and TightVNC provide this
functionality in a utility called 'vncconnect'.  The RealVNC 4 family
(including TigerVNC) provide the same functionality as an option to
vncconfig (vncconfig -connect).
