Those build scripts are not meant for general usage.  They are a very
specific set of scripts that I used to generate the "official" binaries
for the TigerVNC Project.  I uploaded them at the request of Adam.  They
are not meant to be used by the community at large, nor are they supported.

You should instead look at BUILDING.txt in the TigerVNC source tree for
instructions on how to build TigerVNC for various platforms, including
Windows.
