I'm not sure if I totally understand what you mean by "multi-head."
TurboVNC supports multi-head on the client end and has for some time, and
we have many users using this functionality (basically running a 3840x1200
VNC session across two 1920x1200 monitors.) But nothing special is done on
the server side. Does TigerVNC trunk support Xinerama? That is, does it
actually have the ability to make X11 software believe that there are
multiple X screens available?
