I recently updated TigerVNC server on my Gentoo machine to
1.2.80_p5065, and since I've done that AltGr key combinations stopped
working (eg. when I press AltGR+V, @ should appear, but instead v
appears; the same thing happens with other combinations).
Ctrl+Alt+letter also doesn't work. Any ideas what I need to do to get
AltGr combinations to work again?

Client is Windows, and the problem happens with TigerVNC client 1.3.0,
1.1.0 and UltraVNC 1.1.9.3. I'm using Slovenian keyboard layout.
