Thanks for the tip I'll look into it and see if I can understand how it is
done.
I understand about needing to create outputs through the client. I was
thinking about the feasibility to add a startup argument (for example
-num_outputs) which would create this number of outputs at startup (with
crtc and all that) but would only turn the first one on or something like
that.
