It expects -help rather than /?. But that won't help you much as it
only prints it to stderr, which isn't visible as vncviewer isn't
compiled as a console application.

I'm afraid I don't have any decent resource to point you at. The output
from the Unix viewer is the one that's kept most up to date. Second
that is the Unix man page. I don't think we even have any Windows
documentation.
