We were only looking at the official release downloads. I see the separate
viewer on the nightly builds. We'll give that a shot. It would be nice if
when a release is built, the individual viewers are added as downloads as well.

there is a section where the viewers (Java, win32, win64) can be downloaded
standalone. All three are PKI signed (as are the full Windows installers).
