Well both of you are certainly entitled to your opinions: as am I mine. Mine is clearly the opposite, at least in this particular case. If you're happy getting 2 emails regarding reopening a JIRA issue that the pom.xml file wasn't updated to src/test/java, as oppossed to be updated to src/test (which mind you, still worked when I ran "mvn test" from the command line), then that's your opinion and you're welcome to it.
