Bertrand Delacretaz resolved TIKA-19.

Resolution: Fixed
Rewritten TestParsers in revision 575896, streamlined and using a workaround to
find the Lius and log4j config files.
The way those files are found needs to be improved using a resource-based
mechanism, which I don't have time to implement at the moment.
All 28 tests pass using "mvn clean test" in revision 575896.
