This is just the starting point, it goes on forever.

It's about XSDs used as input to generate XML parsers.
If the DTD is GPLed, I don't think we should use it.
If I interpret this thread right (and it is a bit of a
monster), XSDs (and by analogy, DTDs) are to be treated
as source files.  So GPL is definitely out.

I know this open source licensing stuff is a pain...
