Your checkout seems to be a few weeks old, as the patch no longer applies
cleanly to the latest trunk.
Also, once I resolved the merge failures, I get a number of configuration
warnings about duplicate glob patterns and some of unit test failures due to
changed MIME type settings.
Can you check those issues? Otherwise the patch looks great.
PS. Since this information comes from file-4.26, we probably should note that
in the LICENSE and NOTICE files. I'll attach a patch with the relevant changes.
