Please welcome Jukka Zitting to the Lucene PMC.  Jukka is a long time  
Apache volunteer (Jackrabbit, amongst other projects) and member who  
is also a committer on Apache Tika.  I believe I speak for everyone on  
the PMC when I say we look forward to having Jukka as part of the team.
