Jukka Zitting resolved TIKA-228.

Resolution: Fixed
I've now applied the patch to tika-core and added simple OSGi metadata also to
tika-parsers and tika-app.
I'm no OSGi expert so the metadata settings may still need some tweaking, but
we can take care of any improvements in other more detailed issues. Resolving
this issue as Fixed.
