The release # referenced in the email isn't as important as the process
described. The process has and will be used in all Tika releases 0.5+ on
forward.

Yep, they are separate. Site is generated from:

http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/lucene/tika/site

That's because the release didn't include an updated tika-site. Separately,
I've updated the site, as of today but in general the two are entirely
separate. I usually only update the site after the release vote has passed.
