+1.  Checked the sigs, etc.  Tried it out in Solr.

One minor thing that would be great going forward that we do in Solr:
        Have a section at the top of CHANGES.txt that explicitly calls out 
exactly which versions of the "primary" libraries are in use and maybe put an 
asterisk next to those that have changed.  Not a big deal, just a time saver 
for those of us who are upgrading.
