Yeah, so, I simply deleted my old osm2pgsql-bin folder, and dragged a new
osm2pgsql-bin (2.0.1) into my program files and now it works fine (without
changing any path variables or anything else)..
I can't imagine what I could have done to damage my previous installation, but
simply replacing it was the fix.
Thanks for your help in eliminating other possibilities.
