The plan here is to make our BDD test framework available for users. This needs
a bit of cleanup of the framework first and it needs proper documentation.
We also need to make a decision if we stay with behave or switch to pytest-bdd.
The latter is faster and seems to be a bit better maintained, although behave
just had a release. The main argument against pytest-bdd is that it is somewhat
painful to find the actual test when something fails.
