I'll sneak in separate, very niche use case: `man_made=cutline`.
It would be helpful to "link" in the same way a linear way (`man_made=cutline`)
and a closed area (that might emerge from a multipolygon) of specific type
(`natural=wood` or `landuse=forest`) which is divided by the cutline i.e. the
start and end nodes of the linear way are members of the closed way. That way
you could render neat ends for the cutline.
I doubt this is worth putting any effort in to, but it might shape ideas about
how this concept could be developed cleanly.
