While this is ok for streets, > powerline usually run in straight lines (wind and hurricanes ignored). > Can someone please exclude them from the bezier-processing (would even > save us some ms of calculating ;) Bezier curve hinting is implemented outside of osmarender by lines2curves.pl postprocesing script, so there is no selective exclusion from bezier curve hinting only all or none. I have experimental version of osmarender.xsl and modified version of lines2curves.pl wich support selective rule based bezier curve hinting exclusion but my modified version of osmarender is not (fully) compatible with [EMAIL PROTECTED]'s one, and requires another postprocessor "waycleanup.pl" for svg file reduction before rendering. Maybe I can implement these changes into [EMAIL PROTECTED] scripts if there is an interest (or someone with more knowlegde of current [EMAIL PROTECTED] infrastructure can do that, sources are at http://svn.moonbase.sk/FreemapSlovakiaDiSK ). Also I have some tile antialiasing modification (example http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/index.php/Image:Tile_antialiasing.png).
