The new client uses AppConfig for configuration handling.
This allows for command-line overriding of config options

i.e. if you want to set verbose without editing the config files you can now use

./tilesGen.pl --verbose=1 xy 0 0 12

(works with loop mode as well)

compress and upload do not yet work with command-line override, but I'll implement that soon.

I forgot to mention that this version uses or/p as the default osmarender, instead of XSLT. I figured most of the clients had made a conscious decision for XSLT or orp by now anyway, so I didn't bother announcing it too loudly. It turns out many people run it in default config and got caught cold by the added dependencies.

partly updated installation instructions on the wiki (MacOS and Ubuntu missing, Gentoo and Debian done).

(check the talk page as well!)
