I suspect those are always bigger than a certain size. You also seem to be connecting to the internet (at least for the http protocol) through a proxy, which is not allowing POST requests of the size necessary for [EMAIL PROTECTED] to work. If you don't know about any proxy, contact your ISP, [EMAIL PROTECTED] needs POST sizes of about 24 MB.
You can also try to upload the failed zip files through the web-interface at http://tah.openstreetmap.org/Upload/
to get a bit more information about what fails.If your effective maximum POST size is significantly less than 10 MB (as it seems to be) I'd suggest you pause your client until we can provide a workaround, or your ISP allows for bigger POSTs.
