My trigger-happy finger accidently deleted quite a lot old "fallback tiles" on z12 with x<1000. I am requesting these now to be regenerated in the ew tileset format but it will take a while (a few days?). They are regenerated with prio 3, you can always manually rerequest tiles that are important to you and their priority is bumped up then.
