There are around 130 colours defined in z17, before the antialiasing kicks in. Some could very easily be retired, as examples f7f7f7 & f8f8f8, 606060 & 666666, f0f0f0 & f2f2f2 Now I know my eyesight is not the best, but I can't tell the difference between these pairs. I also recall reading somewhere that antialiasing should only be on for text, but I haven't tried it. However given that some of the casing is very 'thin' I suspect the results might not be too great.
